Marvin Oka is a globally recognized consultant and speaker specializing in business and management applications of cutting-edge behavioral change technologies and research. With over 34 years of experience, Marvin has established himself as a leading authority in strategic, systemic, and cultural change within complex business environments. His clientele spans private enterprises and government agencies across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
As a pioneer in the field of Behavioral Modelling, Marvin excels in creating models and methods to replicate superior performance in others. He holds the rare title of ‘Certified Master Behavioural Modeller’ and is one of only five individuals globally to receive this recognition. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and residing in Australia since 1987, Marvin is a founding Director of the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA) and has held leadership positions in various organizations, including the Honolulu Executives Association and Maxxum International Training and Research Pty. Ltd.
